I am a student at North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. I am studying Business and Economics with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. Growing up in the Covenant Church, I had always heard about NPU, but never in a million years thought that I would one day be a student there! As I was researching schools to finish out my degree, God just kept pointing me back to North Park. I was so impressed with the campus, the people, and the values the university has on faith, learning, and service. I had also never considered a future in the nonprofit sector until I researched the great nonprofit program at NPU. Thanks to generous scholarships and encouragement from others, God lead me to exactly where He wanted me to be!
In addition to the Christian atmosphere and fantastic academics and faculty, North Park places a huge emphasis on service, which is something that I am very passionate about. There are so many opportunities to serve God and others at North Park, in addition to receiving a high quality education in a great college atmosphere.
I am excited to see what God has in store for me at NPU!
